Standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Orders of $1,000.00, or more are shipped FREE. Actual shipping charges will be applied at time of order shipment. Orders are payable by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
MAIL ORDERS: (UPS Only)
Be sure to include a physical address. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, including APO & FPO addresses. Our STANDARD method of shipping is by UPS Ground Track Service. For an additional fee (to be determined at time of order) you may also have your order shipped via UPS Blue (Two-Day), or by UPS Red (Standard Overnight). Mail orders received incomplete/incorrect will be returned.

RETURNS:
All returns must have prior approval and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. No returns accepted after 10 days of receipt of order. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and include original receipt and RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Unless our error, merchandise replacing returns will be shipped as a new order.
BACKORDERS:
Your full order will be billed at the time of initial shipment. Backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as the product has been received.
SHORTAGES:
All shortages must be reported within (5) days. Please inspect your shipment and invoices carefully before reporting any shortages.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders must be prepaid. May not be returned. Freight charges will be applied to the order. Please call for quote on larger quantities.
CLAIMS:
Datacom Link Company, is not responsible for product claims due to loss, damage or theft in transit. Product is packaged to withstand carrier handling. If loss or damage is found upon receipt or product, please notify carrier (UPS) immediately to request inspection. Customer is responsible for filing claims with the carrier.
