  Belden Opens Networking Interoperability Lab

As an extension of its customer-focused Quality program, Belden Electronics Division has opened its Networking Interoperability Lab. The Lab will be an integral part of Belden R & D and product development programs; facilitate customer-driven and/or joint research projects with other networking industry leaders, and it will serve to identify a variety of link and channel test and performance issues of interest to the industry at-large. One such issue is the multimode of methodologies used by cabling manufacturers to quantify their products' performance. The Networking Interoperability Lab will be unique in its ability to use statistically valid data on the various manufacturers' product set offerings.
